Q: How much material can I place in the skip?

 

You can fill the skip as you like up to the level mark on the bin. It is important to note that due to safety reasons overloaded skips cannot be lifted and therefore it is important you choose the right size skip for your needs.

 

Q: How long do I have the skip for?

 

The skip is hired for three days inclusive of the day of Delivery.

The grid below represents when a bin will be collected according to the day delivered.

Q: What time will my skip be delivered at?

 

Due to the nature of the business it is hard to give a definite time of delivery, however if a bin is required for a certain time we will do our best to meet a customer’s needs, When placing an order please indicate your preferred time of delivery.

 

Q: What happens if I need a bin Longer than 3 days?

 

If a bin is required for longer than 3 days extra charges may be applicable please call us to discuss your individual needs.

 

Q: When do I pay for the bin?

 

Payment is due when the skip is being dropped; you can pay the driver cash or cheque or call the office with your credit/laser card details.

 

Q: Who do I make the cheque payable too.

 

Cheques are to be made payable to Cheap Skip Hire.

 

Q: How do I set up an account.

 

Accounts are set up for commercial customers, if you wish to avail of this facility please contact our office where we can discuss your individual needs.

 

Q: What are your opening hours.

 

In general our hours of business are from 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.00am to 2 pm on Saturdays however you can call 24/7 if you wish to place an order for a bin. As we are a family business skips can also be dropped out after hours so please call the office if this is required.

 

Q: Where does my full skip go?

 

Your skip will be brought to a licensed landfill, where as much material will be recycled as possible.
